Kou Zonglai, born in 1975, holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a Ph.D. in Economics from Fudan University. He is a postdoctoral visiting scholar at the Industrial Economics Institute (IDEI) at the University of Toulouse I. Additionally, he is a professor and Vice Dean of the School of Economics at Fudan University, Vice Director of the China Center for Socialism Market Economy Studies (CCES) at Fudan University, and Director of the Center for Industrial Development (FIND) at Fudan University. His primary research areas include industrial economics, innovation and intellectual property, corporate finance, and digital economics. He serves as an Associate Editor for "Economic Modelling" and an editor for "World Economic Papers." He is also He is a recipient of national talent program, and serves as the chief editor of the national textbook "Microeconomics in China."
